SESSION FEES:

The fee for a 55-minute individual session is $100.

Need-based sliding scale is available.

INSURANCE:

We are not in-network with insurance but will provide a superbill upon request to file directly with your insurance.

All questions regarding coverage should be directed to your insurance company.

Payment for counseling is due in full at the time of service.

 

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate upon request.
